Hotel Operations Supervisor

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure exceptional guest service.
- The successful candidate will coordinate and supervise front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security teams to maintain high operational standards, guest satisfaction, and efficient hotel performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations across all departments.
- Ensure guests receive excellent service and promptly resolve complaints or concerns.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and maintaining adequate staffing levels.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and report operational needs or shortages.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to hotel management.
- Assist in staff training, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Support revenue-generating activities and help achieve hotel occupancy and service targets.
- Handle emergency situations and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hotel operations, hospitality supervision, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
