Office Manager - Garment Production

Responsibilities
- This Role ensures the efficient running of the company’s Operations from administrative, human resources, facilities, financial, to inventory management functions.
- This multi-disciplinary role also serves as the primary liaison with external accountants, auditors, and regulatory bodies for compliance, tax, and statutory reporting.
- The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of office and operational management within a garment manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Operation Support for various industries, particularly the Fashion Industry.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in office, operations, or administrative management (preferably in a manufacturing setting).
- Familiarity with Nigerian tax laws, labor regulations, and corporate compliance.
- Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and HR systems.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting abilities.
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Salary
N300,000 per month.
