Job Summary: we are seeking an experienced Human Resource Executive/Manager to oversee daily HR operations, employee records, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily HR operations and employee documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and staff integration. Manage employee benefits and HR-related processes. Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies. Handle employee relations and support management with HR matters. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Coordinate performance reviews and feedback systems. Organize training and employee development programmes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of HR experience or experience in a related role. Good knowledge of HR principles and Nigerian labour laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Must reside close to Isolo, Lagos. Must be available to work on-site, Monday to Saturday. Location: Isolo, Lagos Job Type: Full-time, On-site Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 per month (Negotiable)
