Key Job Description
- Processing vendor invoices and payment requests accurately and on time
- Managing supplier reconciliations and resolving payment discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate accounts payable records and documentation
- Supporting month-end close activities related to payables
- Preparing payment schedules and ensuring compliance with internal controls
- Supporting audits and ensuring statutory compliance
- Minimum of 3–4 years Accounts Payable / Finance experience
- Strong understanding of AP processes, controls, and financial reporting
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Experience working with auditors and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Professional certification (ICAN / ACCA or in view) is an added advantage
