About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Supervisor.
- The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, supervise recruiters, partner with hiring managers, and ensure vacancies are filled with quality talent within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Lead, coach, and support the recruitment team.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Review candidate shortlists and support interview processes.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare recruitment reports.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
