- Responsibilities
- * Supervise and coordinate the daily work of team members.
- * Assign tasks and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
- * Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, support, and feedback.
- * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Requirements
- * Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree.
- * Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage.
- * Strong leadership and team management skills.
- * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- * Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
