Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee aily operations
- Develop strategies to drive growth.
- Manage team perrormance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service delivery.
What you'll do:
- Promote and sell our interior products and services.
- Attend to client enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Work with the team to achieve company goals.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance targets.
Requirements
- Male or Female can apply (as applicable to role).
- Must have prior work experience in a similar role.
- Must reside within Wuye, Mabushi, Jabi, or Utako and its environs.
- Must have passion for sales and ready to close deals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Ready to join immediately.
