Restaurant Manager

Job Summary
- The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food service delivery, staff productivity, food quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and service delivery.
- Ensure excellent customer experience at all times.
- Supervise restaurant staff andmonitorperformance.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards aremaintained.
- Manage inventory and control food and beverage costs.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Coordinate staff schedules and workforce planning.
- Prepare operational and financial performance reports.
- Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to increase sales.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing restaurant operations.
- Experience in fast-paced food service environments is preferred.
