Job Summary
- A reputable steel manufacturing company is seeking young, ambitious, and highly motivated graduates to join its Management Trainee Programme.
- The programme provides practical exposure to factory operations, technical processes, and business functions, with opportunities for career growth and permanent placement based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training and departmental rotations.
- Gain practical knowledge of steel manufacturing processes and factory operations.
- Support assigned departmental activities and projects.
- Monitor operational data and prepare reports.
- Identify process gaps and support productivity and cost-improvement initiatives.
- Work with experienced professionals and departmental heads.
- Demonstrate leadership potential, discipline, initiative, and willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, HR, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Statistics, or other relevant disciplines.
- 0–2 years’ experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- NYSC discharge/exemption certificate where applicable.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability and willingness to work in a factory/industrial environment, including shifts where required.
