HR Manager

Summary
- The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
- This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can develop HR policies and programs that align with business goals while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources to attract top-quality candidates.
- Conduct salary negotiations and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Foster positive employee relations by promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Advise and assist managers in addressing employee-related issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as training and development programs, performance management, and recognition programs.
- Implement and manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring that goals and objectives are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Stay up to date with changes in labor legislation and proactively address any potential risks or issues. Prepare and maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 7 - 10 years experience.
