- As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and dynamic Human Resources Officer to join our team and play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and thriving workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to attract top talent in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Develop and implement HR policies that align with industry regulations and organizational goals.
- Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support to promote a harmonious work environment.
- Coordinate training and professional development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
- Handle payroll administration and employee benefits in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- 5 years of experience in a related field
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
