Assistant Sales Manager

Job Details
- Guiding, motivating, and supervising the sales team, providing incentives to help them meet and exceed their individual and team sales targets.
- Monitoring the daily performance of the sales team, conducting regular check-ins and performance evaluations, and addressing performance issues or conflicts.
- Coordinating day-to-day sales operations, including creating staff schedules and ensuring adequate floor coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/ HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field.
- Must have 5-10 years cognitive experience in similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
- Driving experience required.
Salary Range
N200,000 - N300,000 / Month.
