- Are you an experienced Facility Manager with a strong background in managing residential properties? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to oversee the operations of a premium residential estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a residential estate.
- Ensure all building facilities and equipment are functioning optimally.
- Manage service providers, contractors, and support staff.
- Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance plans.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and maintenance schedules.
- Address residents' concerns professionally and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering, Estate Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Must have 3–5 years' experience managing residential facilities/estates.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance planning, and vendor management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing.
- Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
