• Lukefield Finance Company Limited is looking for a sales professional who can open new accounts and grow them, not manage an inherited portfolio.

What you'll do

• Prospect, pitch and close new business across SMEs, corporates and high-net-worth clients
• Grow the relationship after the first deal. Not just onboard and move on
• Match client needs to our products: Speedy Loans, Invoice Discounting, LPO and Contract Finance, Trade Finance, Finance Lease, SmartSavers and Tenured Borrowings
• Keep a disciplined pipeline i.e prospects, proposals, closes, all visible
• Use your existing network to generate leads
• Deliver on assigned sales and revenue targets

What we're looking for

• 3–7 years post-NYSC in sales, business development, relationship management or customer acquisition in Finance sector
• A Bachelor's degree （Second Class and above） in Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related field
• Evidence you have hit or beaten targets. Bring the numbers, not the job description
• Proof you acquired and grew accounts yourself
• Working knowledge of the Lagos commercial landscape: Mainland and Island
• Strong negotiation, clear communication, and the self-direction to work a scorecard without being chased
