Business Development Executive

Job Summary
- The Business Development Executive will drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and developing strategic initiatives.
- They will build strong client relationships, develop proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research and Analysis: Conducting comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities
- Strategy Development: Formulating and implementing business development strategies that align with the company's goals and tailored to clients need.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proposal Development: Overseeing the preparation of bids and proposals for projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and are competitive.
- Collaboration with Teams: Working closely with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure that business development initiatives align with operational capabilities and financial goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of business development initiatives and making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all business development activities comply with industry regulations and standards.
- Budget Management: Developing and managing budgets related to business development activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Networking and Industry Engagement: Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote services and build industry presence.
- Reporting: Preparing reports and presentations for business development activities, market conditions, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- MBA, MSc, Bachelor’s Degree in Tech, Social Sciences or similar fields
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience.
Salary
N700,000 – N800,000 per month.
