- Our client is a reputable Construction & Real Estate Firm in VI, is looking for a high-performing Sales Executive / Investment Manager to join our growing team!
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of real estate products and investment opportunities
- Source, nurture, and convert leads into paying clients
- Build strong relationships using your industry network
- Maintain excellent customer relationship management
- Promote properties on social media and offline channels
- Deliver weekly and monthly sales reports
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Strong industry network and market knowledge
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Demonstrated track record of closing sales
- Social media marketing competence
- Results-driven, proactive, and confident.
