Sales & Marketing Director

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Director to lead its B2B commercial growth, drive revenue, acquire major corporate customers and strengthen the Company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales and marketing strategies.
- Acquire and develop major corporate customers and key accounts.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Develop new markets and expand customer base.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using market intelligence and CRM.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to improve forecasting, customer fulfilment and profitability.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive sales and marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior B2B commercial leadership role.
- Proven senior-level B2B commercial sales and marketing leadership experience.
- A measurable track record in revenue growth, customer acquisition, key account development, market expansion and sales turnaround.
- Experience selling to corporate, industrial or manufacturing customers.
- Strong leadership, commercial negotiation and strategic planning skills.
- Manufacturing or related industry experience will be an added advantage.
Salary
N1,200,000 - N1,500,000 monthly.
