Business Development Officer
City Gate Global Investment (4 Openings)
Responsibilities
- Own revenue expansion within existing accounts through structured upsell and cross-sell initiatives
- Act as the commercial lead for key clients, strengthening long-term value and positioning
- Implement marketing strategies
- Sell, Cross-sell and Upsell the Bank’s products
- Draw up work schedules for identifying and marketing prospective customers
- Swiftly interpret clients' credit ratings (creditworthiness).
- Capably aid clients in establishing a budget and a schedule for repaying their loans.
- Build and convert a high-quality pipeline across SMEs and other products.
- O wn the full sales cycle; sourcing, qualification, negotiation, and convert demand into revenue
- Proactively identify churn risks and take decisive action to protect and grow revenue
- Deliver a clear commercial growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion
- Be directly accountable for revenue performance across all products, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5years experience IN MFB/MFI.
