- OKK Global Resources Limited is looking for a young professional to join our team as an Office Support Associate.
What You’ll Do
- Set up laptops and basic IT equipment for new employees.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and resolve minor laptop/software issues.
- Support the purchase, replacement, and maintenance of laptops and office equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when necessary.
- Support staff onboarding and general office operations.
- Assist with other administrative and office support functions.
What We’re Looking For
- HND/Bachelor’s Degree in IT, computer science, business administration, office administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Basic knowledge of laptop setup, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Smart, organized, resourceful, and a quick learner.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow.
