- Vethan Concepts Group Limited (VCGL) is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Intern to join our team.
- This opportunity is ideal for NYSC graduates who have completed their service or corps members currently seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and IT equipment.
- Assist with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
- Support user account setup, password resets, and system access.
- Perform routine system updates, backups, and antivirus checks.
- Document IT issues and maintain accurate support records.
- Assist in maintaining the company's network infrastructure.
- Provide support during software deployment and IT projects.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- NYSC graduates (completed service) or corps members seeking PPA.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows environments.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
