Regional Sales Officers (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Research local competitors, target demographics, and business opportunities in the new area.
• Create strong first impressions and long-term trust with new local clients and partners.
• Generate new sales leads and manage customer accounts.
• Promote and sell company products to distributors, retailers, and key clients.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs.
• Report daily sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends back to head office management.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and feedback.
• Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and client interactions.
• Participate in marketing activities, trade visits, and product promotions.

• Distribution Management.
• Sales reporting. 

Qualifications

• BSc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4 - 7 years of sales experience.
• Residing within the location.
• Fluent in the language of the region.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
