About the role
- We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Media Sales Executive with proven experience in Out-of-Home (OOH) and Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising sales.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our media inventory, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth across our advertising platforms.
Responsibilities
Media Sales & Business Development:
- Sell OOH (Billboards, Lampposts, Street Furniture, BRT, etc.) and DOOH (LED Screens) advertising spaces to brands, agencies, and direct clients.
- Prospect, pitch, and close new business while achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop compelling media sales proposals, media plans, and rate cards for clients.
Account Management:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts to ensure retention and upselling.
- Serve as the primary contact point for clients, ensuring excellent client service and campaign execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media buying agencies and brand managers.
Media, Advertising & Marketing:
- Understand client marketing objectives and recommend suitable OOH/DOOH solutions.
- Collaborate with the operations and creative team to ensure timely campaign deployment and reporting.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the OOH/DOOH landscape.
Requirements
- BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field.
- 2 – 4 years proven experience in OOH / DOOH Media Sales – MUST have agency and client contacts.
- Strong understanding of the Lagos advertising market and media landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, pitching, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
Remunerations
- Salary Budget: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly (Net)
