Regional Marketing Associate

Purpose / Role

• The Regional Marketing Associate is responsible for driving regional marketing initiatives, supporting sales growth, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• The position will oversee local store marketing (LSM), business development activities, and campaign execution while collaborating closely with operations to enhance customer experience and revenue generation.

Prime Responsibilities and Duties

• Plan and execute effective Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives within the assigned region to drive footfall and sales.
• Drive bulk order revenue generation through targeted marketing and partnership efforts.
• Identify, manage, and convert new B2B leads, ensuring consistent pipeline growth.
• Oversee store branding and activations, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns in line with agreed timelines and objectives.
• Monitor and enforce brand compliance across all stores and marketing materials.
• Conduct regular market visits, including competitor analysis and reporting on market trends.
• Drive corporate and event sales generation through strategic partnerships and activations.
• Track and report on sales uplift attributed to marketing activities.
• Support store operations during peak periods by engaging with customers to gather real-time feedback and enhance customer experience (acting as a guest associate where necessary).
• Collaborate closely with the Operations Regional Manager (Ops RM) to align marketing and operational goals.
• Carry Other marketing related tasks.

Other duties:

• Any other request or work task as allocated by Line Manager.

The Person

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Min of 3 years’ experience in similar role in QSR, retail, hospitality, or FMCG.
