Sales Representatives

Description
- Our client is looking for a Sales Representative to join its retail sales team in Lekki, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide professional product recommendations.
- Drive daily sales and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
- Promote sports equipment and accessories to walk-in and returning customers.
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and maintain proper sales records.
- Keep the showroom clean, attractive, and well-organized.
- Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items promptly.
- Support promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE.
- 1–2 years' proven experiencein retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience in selling sports equipment, fashion, electronics, or other retail products is an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge is an added advantage.
- Energetic, smart, confident, and well-presented.
- Honest, reliable, and result-oriented.
Special Requirements:
- Applicants MUST reside in Lekki or its immediate environs.
- Applicants MUST be fluent in both English and Igbo.
- Must be willing to work the stated business hours.
- Ready for immediate resumption.
Salary:
N100,000 - N150,000 per month (Depending on Experience).
