Job Description We are looking for a Customer / Sales Representative who will attend to customers, manage inquiries, and support daily sales activities. The role requires someone friendly, organized, and customer-focused. Responsibilities Attend to walk-in and online customers politely and professionally Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in person Assist customers with product selection and order processing Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions Support daily store operations and teamwork Requirements Education: Minimum qualification: SSCE Experience: Previous experience in a similar customer service or sales role is an added advantage Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-friendly attitude Ability to work well in a team Basic computer knowledge Good time management and attention to detail Other Requirements: Female applicants only Minimum age: 25 years Must be located in or close to Lekki Phase 1 No accommodation provided.
