Sales & Marketing Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, generating new leads, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company’s logistics services to prospective and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Promote the company’s logistics, delivery, haulage and related services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, customer interactions, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, preferably within logistics, transportation, or a related industry.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant sales/CRM tools.
