Sales Personnel (Weekend Day Shift)

Responsibilities
- The first point of contact for/to prospective and existing clients.
- Respond and acknowledge customer’s trade inquiry.
- Attend to clients’ inquiries which could be rates and trades accordingly.
- Ensure the right wallets and rates are given for crypto transactions and rates for gift card transactions.
- Use of the appropriate explorer for crypto transactions and the right groups for gift cards trading.
- Confirm customer trades after proper verification and payment made.
- Ensure effective communication between the company and clients.
- Document and input all trades for the day on the company’s selected sheet.
Educational Qualification, Requirements & Experience
- Must have HND or BSc in any field
- Must have experience working in a cryptocurrency company
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Candidates must reside within Lekki and its environs.
- Must be willing to work only on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
