Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition and activation to retention and re-engagement.
- Manage customer segmentation, targeting and personalized communication campaigns.
- Create and optimize automated customer journeys, campaigns and lifecycle communications.
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to identify opportunities for engagement, retention and revenue growth.
- Work closely with marketing, product and commercial teams to improve customer experience and lifecycle performance.
- Monitor CRM KPIs and provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data.
- Support promotional, retention and reactivation campaigns relevant to sports betting customers.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in CRM, customer retention, lifecycle marketing or a closely related role.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, statistics, computer science or a related field.
- Hands-on experience using CRM tools/platforms for customer engagement, retention, lifecycle marketing or related activities.
- Strong knowledge of sports betting and/or online gaming, including familiarity with customer behaviour, promotions, retention and engagement dynamics.
- Experience with customer segmentation and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer data into actionable insights.
- Experience with Google Analytics 360 (GA360) is an advantage.
- Experience with Optimove or similar CRM/lifecycle marketing platforms is highly desirable.
Preferred Industry Experience:
- Experience in sports betting, online gaming, fintech, e-commerce or another high-volume, customer-lifecycle-driven industry is highly preferred. Sports betting knowledge, however, is a key selection criterion for this role.

- You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to demonstrate measurable results from previous CRM or lifecycle campaigns.
Benefits
Compensation: 600,000 - 700,000 (Slightly Negotiable) Hard Stop 800,000
Other: Statutory Benefits, Pension, HMO, 13th month
