Training Specialist

Job Description
- Training planning and Development: developing and preparing training programs, lesson plans, presentations and learning materials.
- Training Delivery:Conducting training sessions through classroom, virtual and practical learning methods to ensure participants understands and apply the required skill and knowledge.
- Coaching and Support: Provide guidance, coaching and contructive feedback to participant to help improve their performance.
- Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, which may include paperwork, orientation, and integration into the company culture.
Requirements
Core Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concept in simple and understandable manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong assesment and evaluation skillss.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet training deadlines.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
