Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview
- The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing and optimising Ascend Business School’s online presence.
- The successful candidate will manage multi-channel campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility, engaging prospective students and driving enrolment growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media and email marketing.
- Create engaging content including blogs, videos, infographics and student success stories.
- Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X/Twitter.
- Monitor KPIs including conversion rates, CPC and ROI using Google Analytics and CRM tools.
- Design automated email campaigns to nurture prospects from enquiry to application.
- Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong copywriting skills and visual design awareness, including Canva or Adobe tools.
- Ability to analyse data and turn insights into practical marketing actions.
