Human Resources Manager (Hospitality Experience is a Plus)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and career development initiatives.
- Coordinate employee welfare, training, and succession planning programs.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
- Support payroll administration through accurate employee and attendance records.
- Prepare periodic HR reports, workforce analytics, and management updates.
- Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and culture-building initiatives.
- Foster effective communication between management and employees.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' HR experience, preferably in the Hospitality industry.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
