Front Desk Officer

Position Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized, courteous, and technology-driven Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area and provide exceptional administrative and customer service support.
• The successful candidate will serve as the Company's first point of contact, ensuring every visitor and caller receives a professional, efficient, and welcoming experience while supporting administrative operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage visitor registration, access control, and visitor logs in accordance with Company procedures.
• Respond to general enquiries and provide accurate information regarding the Company's services.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and document distribution.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and update administrative databases.
• Assist with virtual meeting coordination using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Administration, Office Technology and Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative support role.
• Experience within a financial services, consulting, professional services, or corporate environment will be an added advantage.
