Creative Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on brainstorming and developing creative concepts for social media.
- Assist with video filming, photography, and behind-the-scenes content capture.
- Edit engaging short-form videos and visual content.
- Manage, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Research trends, hashtags, and growth strategies to boost engagement.
- Coordinate logistics for shoots including props, outfits, and locations.
- Support community management - responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries.
- Provide on-set assistance during live sessions, shoots, and brand collaborations.
- Track content calendars, deadlines, and partnership deliverables.
- Handle light administrative tasks such as emails and scheduling.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for social media, content creation, and pop culture/entertainment.
- Proficient with editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva or similar.
- Strong knowledge of trends and best practices on Instagram, TikTok & YouTube.
- Available for hybrid work - remote tasks + physical presence for shoots in Lekki.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, creative mindset, and wilingness to learn.
