Job Summary
- Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences?
- We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Seaside Restaurant Manager to lead our busy seaside restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation of the restaurant.
- Create staff schedules and manage labour costs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, sales, and profitability.
- Develop ideas and promotions to increase customer numbers and revenue.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience managing a seaside restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Experience with budgeting, stock control, and cost management.
- A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
