- Are you a passionate hospitality professional with a proven ability to lead teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational excellence?
- We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a reputable dining establishment in Abuja.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
- Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company standards.
- Manage inventory, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a reputable Fine Dining establishment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound understanding of restaurant operations, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in restaurant POS systems is an advantage.
