Job Summary
- The Head of Monitoring & Evaluation will establish and manage organizational monitoring, evaluation, and performance management systems to ensure effective implementation of projects, programs, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Monitoring & Evaluation frameworks.
- Design performance measurement systems and KPIs.
- Monitor project implementation and organizational performance.
- Conduct impact assessments and performance evaluations.
- Analyze data and prepare strategic reports.
- Identify implementation gaps and recommend improvements.
- Ensure quality assurance of project outcomes.
- Coordinate periodic performance reviews.
- Support strategic planning through performance insights.
- Provide management with evidence-based recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Economics, Project Management, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years' relevant Monitoring & Evaluation experience.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
- Oil & Gas sector experience is an added advantage.
Salary
N1,500,000 - N3,000,000 / month.
