Litigation Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Handle civil and criminal litigation matters before various courts and tribunals.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, briefs, and other court processes.
- Represent clients before Magistrate Courts, High Courts, and Appellate Courts.
- Provide legal advisory and support services to the Firm and its clients.
- Conduct extensive legal research and prepare legal opinions.
- Develop case strategies and coordinate all aspects of courtroom preparation.
- Engage in negotiations, settlement discussions, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes where necessary.
Requirements and Skills
- Strong courtroom advocacy and litigation skills.
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and research abilities.
- Sound understanding of civil and criminal procedure.
- Strong case management and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- High level of professional ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
