- Are you a results-driven sales professional with a knack for closing deals and building lasting corporate relationships? We are looking for an aggressive, strategic, and self-motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our market footprint.
- In this role, you will champion both B2B and B2C sales, positioning our premium security solutions to corporate organizations, estates, schools, high-net-worth individuals, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development:Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across corporate and residential sectors.
- Product Growth: Market our full suite of security solutions (Manned Guarding, Corporate & Event Security, CCTV & Electronic Systems, Journey Management, and Risk Assessment).
- Target Execution: Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue, lead conversion, and client acquisition targets.
- Relationship Management: Onboard new clients, manage key accounts, and ensure high retention rates through exceptional customer feedback.
- Reporting: Maintain high visibility into your pipeline by providing detailed weekly sales activity reports.
What We Are Looking For
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management (experience in the security industry, oil and gas servicing Facility management Servicing, CCTV Sales is a major plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong B2B sales capabilities with the ability to interface with corporate executives and high-net-worth clients.
- A target-driven mindset with the resilience to navigate market conditions.
