Role Overview
- The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for supporting accounting and bookkeeping activities, maintaining financial records, and assisting with reconciliations and reporting.
- The ideal candidate will be detail - oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining accuracy in financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense records.
- Assist with account reconciliations and financial reporting activities.
- Support bookkeeping and day - to - day accounting operations.
- Ensure financial information is properly recorded and updated.
- Assist with audits and other finance - related administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting or Finance.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in accounting, book - keeping, or finance operations.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Detail - oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Salary and Benefits
- N200,000 - N300,000 / month
