Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to join our remote team and take responsibility for planning, executing and monitoring digital marketing activities that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support business growth.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will manage V.S.L's digital marketing activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google and other approved digital channels.

The role will involve creating and coordinating marketing campaigns, managing advertising activities, developing promotional content, generating leads and monitoring campaign performance.

The candidate must understand that the primary purpose of marketing is not simply to create posts or get likes, but to reach the right audience, generate genuine interest, and contribute to measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for V.S.L Web Hosting.
2. Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns across approved platforms.
3. Develop strategies for generating qualified leads for the Sales team.
4. Create and coordinate promotional and educational content for social media and other digital channels.
5. Manage V.S.L's social media presence and maintain a consistent content schedule.
6. Develop marketing campaigns around V.S.L products, services and promotional offers.
7. Monitor campaign performance, including reach, engagement, clicks, leads and other relevant metrics.
8. Analyse campaign results and make recommendations for improvement.
9. Work closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing leads are properly received and followed up.
10. Monitor lead quality and communicate feedback from sales to improve future campaigns.
11. Conduct basic audience research and identify opportunities for reaching potential customers.
12. Test different advertising messages, creatives, audiences and offers where appropriate.
13. Keep accurate records of marketing activities, campaigns and results.
14. Prepare required weekly and monthly marketing reports.
15. Stay informed about relevant digital marketing trends, tools and advertising practices.

Requirements

1. 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, lead generation, advertising or a related role.
2. Practical experience with Meta Ads/Facebook Ads is required.
3. Good understanding of digital advertising and lead-generation principles.
4. Experience creating or coordinating social media content.
5. Ability to analyse campaign results and make data-based recommendations.
6. Good written and verbal communication skills.
7. Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics or similar marketing tools is an advantage.
8. Experience marketing technology, web hosting, digital services or SaaS products is an advantage.
9. Good organisational and time-management skills.
10. Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines and targets.
