Health and Safety Coordinator

- The Health and Safety Coordinator ensures compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, promotes a safe workplace culture, and implements policies to minimize risks across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety compliance: Monitor adherence to local and international health and safety standards.
- Risk assessment: Conduct regular inspections and hazard analyses.
- Training programs: Develop and deliver safety awareness sessions for employees.
- Incident management: Investigate accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Policy development: Draft and update safety procedures and emergency response plans.
- Collaboration: Work with HR, operations, and management to integrate safety into daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
