Field Sales Officer - Heavy Duty Diesel Generator

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Officer to drive sales of heavy-duty diesel generators and related solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Conduct field visits to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote generators, solutions, and after-sales services.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Work with technical teams to understand customer requirements.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare activity reports.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales/business development, preferably within generators, power solutions, industrial equipment, engineering, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Salary
N300,000 monthly.
