- OPPO Nigeria is seeking a proactive Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end hiring. The role involves sourcing, screening, and on-boarding top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to on-boarding
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Partner with departments to understand hiring needs
- Support offer processes and on-boarding
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or HR tools
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience in high-volume recruitment
- Familiarity with ATS
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
