- Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR & Admin Officer to support the company's human resource and administrative functions.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee records, coordinating HR processes, supporting office administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate staff attendance, leave records, and other HR-related reports
- Handle office administration and ensure efficient office operations
- Manage correspondence, filing systems, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and administrative activities
- Support management with HR and administrative reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years' experience in HR and administrative functions
- Sound knowledge of HR processes and office administration
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must reside in or around Ipaja, Lagos
- Must be available to resume within 2–3 weeks.
