Description

  • Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR & Admin Officer to support the company's human resource and administrative functions.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee records, coordinating HR processes, supporting office administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate staff attendance, leave records, and other HR-related reports
  • Handle office administration and ensure efficient office operations
  • Manage correspondence, filing systems, and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and administrative activities
  • Support management with HR and administrative reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years' experience in HR and administrative functions
  • Sound knowledge of HR processes and office administration
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Must reside in or around Ipaja, Lagos
  • Must be available to resume within 2–3 weeks.
