Direct Sales Agent (DSA)

Job Summary
- As the Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition by onboarding agents, partners, and users while promoting the company’s digital payment solutions and services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new agents, merchants, and partners within assigned locations
- Promote and educate potential users on the company’s digital payment solutions
- Drive daily field sales activities to meet onboarding and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification
- Previous experience as a Direct Sales Agent or in field sales is an advantage
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Good knowledge of assigned locations and surrounding areas.
Salary
N180,000 - N220,000 monthly.
