Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive online engagement, generate leads, and support business growth.
• The ideal candidate will manage the company's digital platforms, create engaging content, execute online campaigns, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to improve the company's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
• Research market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve online visibility and reach target audiences.

Social Media Management:

• Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content consistently.
• Monitor social media comments, messages, reviews, and customer inquiries.
• Grow the company's online community and improve audience engagement.

Content Creation:

• Create compelling marketing copy, captions, articles, and promotional materials.
• Design social media graphics and marketing materials using tools such as Canva.
• Coordinate the production of videos, reels, and other multimedia content.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity, tone, and marketing objectives.

Paid Advertising and Lead Generation:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive conversions.
• Monitor advertising budgets, campaign performance, and return on investment.
• Test different ad creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve results.
• Work with the sales team to track and follow up on marketing-generated leads.

Website and Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Support website updates and ensure content is accurate and up to date.
• Implement basic SEO practices to improve search engine visibility.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content where necessary.
• Monitor website traffic, visitor behaviour, and conversion performance.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyse campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
• Prepare weekly or monthly digital marketing performance reports.
• Monitor key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, website traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Recommend improvements based on campaign results and audience insights.

Email Marketing and Customer Engagement:

• Develop email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional messages.
• Manage customer databases and support audience segmentation.
• Implement follow-up campaigns to nurture leads and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers across digital channels.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The Digital Marketing Officer will be evaluated based on:

• Growth in social media reach, followers, and engagement.
• Quality, consistency, and effectiveness of published content.
• Number and quality of leads generated.
• Website traffic and conversion rates.
• Paid advertising performance and cost per lead.
• Email campaign engagement and conversions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
• Understanding of SEO, email marketing, online advertising, and lead generation.
• Strong copywriting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and make informed decisions.
• Good organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
