Job Summary

• The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to ensure the store operates smoothly and achieves its business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels through regular audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Develop and implement effective inventory control processes and loss prevention strategies.
• Develop and execute business strategies and marketing activities to boost sales and support store expansion.
• Consistently exceed monthly sales targets set by the Executive Management Team.
• Reconcile daily sales figures with POS/store records accurately.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Investigate stock losses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Generate reports on inventory, stock losses, and operational performance on a monthly basis.
• Identify fast-moving stock and maintain optimal stock levels at all times.
• Analyze sales data to inform process improvements and business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legal regulations.
• Reconcile daily sales figures with POS/store records accurately.
• Liaise with mall management to ensure smooth store operations.
• Perform all other duties delegated by the Operations Manager and Executive Board.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years proven experience in retail operations, inventory management, or store supervision.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, loss prevention, and sales analytics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of legal regulations and compliance requirements related to retail operations.
