Senior Controller - Your responsibilities:

• You will integrate a human-sized team of 5-6 controllers within a collaborative and agile Finance Team.
• You will coordinate the overall budgetary planning process, analyze performance KPIs, and periodically compare turnover, costs, and cash flows across different group entities. This deep analytical oversight provides you with a comprehensive, macro-level understanding of commercial operations, building your business acumen and positioning you as a trusted strategic advisor to the management team.
• You will design and implement corrective measures to address significant variances while driving profitability calculations to support corporate expansion.
• You will spearhead the financial analysis of various group companies and oversee real estate investments within a purely commercial and industrial scope. This rich diversity of files outside of standard financial funds or real estate funds expands your technical versatility in Lux GAAP and consolidation, transforming you into a highly sought-after, multi-faceted controlling expert in the market.
• You will leverage your strong IT affinity to upgrade and automate analytical accounting systems and reporting workflows.

Senior Controller - Your profile:

• You hold a university degree in business administration or finance, ideally with a specialization in management controlling, corporate accounting, or an equivalent educational background.
• You bring a solid financial background of minimum 3 years acquired in an audit firm, analyst or internal controlling
• You possess an excellent command of German and English to navigate an international environment easily, complemented by an intermediate level in French (B2) to build smooth daily relationships with your local colleagues.
• You are highly proficient with the MS Office pack (especially advanced Excel) and show a natural ease with budgeting systems and analytical accounting structures.
• You are flexible, proactive, and eager to suggest innovative ideas to continuously streamline existing financial processes.
