Job title : Shift Supervisor
Job Location : Abuja Deadline : October 31, 2026 Quick Recommended LinksThe Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all processing activities during assigned shifts, ensuring production targets, food safety, Halal integrity, operational efficiency, and workforce discipline are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise slaughter, processing, packaging, and cold-chain operations.
- Monitor production output against daily throughput targets.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOP), and Halal requirements.
- Coordinate manpower allocation across production lines.
- Investigate operational deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare shift performance reports and operational KPIs.
Qualifications
- HND/BSc in Food Science, Animal Science, Engineering, Production Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial food or meat processing operations
