Head, Project Supervision

Job Summary
- Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head, Project Supervision to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of major engineering and construction projects across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the supervision and execution of engineering and construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, statutory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and provide regular project performance reports to Management.
- Review engineering designs, project plans, and technical documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution, quality assurance, and cost optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- A Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
- Professional registration with COREN and membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a senior project supervision or project management role.
- Proven experience supervising large-scale engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, contract administration, quality control, and HSE standards.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software is an added advantage.
Salary
N2,000,000 - N2,500,000 / month.
